Ademola presently is the senior partner, providing vision and capacity building for the workforce so as to ensure maximum product and service delivery.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons.) in Accountancy from the University of ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria (ICAN). He trained with Ajibade Durojaiye & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and subsequently wit Balogun, Ayanfalu Bidejo & Co. (now BDO Binder, Balogun Badejo & Co.)(Chartered Accountants) and later Ernst & Young (Chartered Accountants).
Ademola and had a brief stint within the banking industry where he worked as pioneer staff of two banks; Commerce Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank). He also worked as the Chief Executive of Continental Finance Ltd. (Bureau de Change).
Throughout his career, he has been involved in providing Audit/Assurance, Accounting and Tax Consultancy Services for various clients in the financial and manufacturing sectors of the economy.
